BTG Hosting offers web hosting services including domain registration, email hosting, and website hosting, primarily by reselling infrastructure from Namecheap.com. We also provide additional system and technical support services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Services are billed in advance and must be renewed before the expiry date to avoid interruptions. Failure to renew may result in suspension or loss of services.
Clients must use hosting services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that violates any law or infringes the rights of others.
BTG Hosting performs regular backups. However, it is your responsibility to maintain additional backups of your data.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
BTG Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, abuse, or at our discretion with appropriate notice.
BTG Hosting may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services indicates your agreement to the changes.
